How do we do it?

We add plugins to your site that reduce the size of web pages and content.

Plus, our team will run a regular (weekly or daily depending on package) speed optimisation processes on your site. This will speed up your site — and a faster website is also a greener website.

We continually monitor your site to make sure it stays online. If it goes offline, a member of our team will be on the case to fix it pronto!

If your site goes down, a member of our support team will be on the case fast. 

Unlimited edits — do include edits to content, changing plug-in settings, adding a plug-in, and CSS tweaks. 

Not included — Anything requiring custom development (themes, plugins, PHP etc), graphic design, creation of  content, adjusting custom code, building a new sub-domain or website.

Examples

Example 1 

• Included: Change Service page copy with copy that you have provided via email.
• Not included: Rewrite your service page (This would be a custom content production project which we may be able to help you with)

Example 2

• Included: Swap out a graphic on your blog post with the new graphic you have supplied.
• Not included: You want us to redesign your graphic.

Example 3

• Included: You want us add a new product to your WooCommerce store (you’ve provided all content)
• Not included: You want us to create a custom basket for your WooCommerce shop.

Are they really unlimited?  Yes. You can ask for as many edits as you like.

Our reports show the work we’ve done to keep your site in tip-top shape.

Once you become a support customer, you’ll be able to access support via a dedicated email address.

This approach allows us to provide the best possible service for our customers. 

Most support tickets(with single-requests) are resolved in 24 hours. If you need a faster response time, please upgrade to our Green Elite Care Plan — response time on the Elite plan is typically 3-6 hours.

If your support ticket includes multiple tasks, then completion time will be greater.
